Convert Zoom Meetings to Teams
This article applies to any Zoom Meeting that you wish to convert to Teams, the recommended process is no different if you're reserving a room or not.
Converting a Zoom Meeting to Teams
- Simply cancel the meeting and/or meeting series and reschedule
- This reduces confusion that could be, and has been, caused by "simply" updating existing meetings
- Reschedule using the Teams plug-in from the Outlook Ribbon

Room Meeting(s)
While you can join a Zoom Meeting from a Teams Room (here's how) we strongly encourage you to reschedule any and all meetings from Zoom to Teams. You'll have a better experience and after February 1st the old room names will no longer be available, which may disrupt your meeting(s).
