No Zoom Phone call Notification?
Situation:
- You are getting no notifications when someone calls your Zoom Phone
- All calls go right to voicemail
Applies To:
- Zoom Desktop (laptop or Virtual Computer)
- Zoom Applications (smartphone or tablet)
Resolution:
The most common reason for this "problem" is that you do not have any Call Handling options configured in your Zoom Online Profile.
- Login (using SSO) to your Zoom Phone Settings, HERE
- If the above link does not take you right to Phone Settings
- From the left-menu on your Zoom Online Profile click Phone
- Now click the Settings tab on the right
- Scroll to the Call Handling section
- Click Edit next to Call Handling (just under "Business Hours")
- Select where you want Zoom calls to ring during your set Business Hours:
- Zoom Desktop (the app installed on your laptop or Virtual Computer)
- Zoom Mobile (the app installed on your phone and/or tablet)
- Zoom Phone Appliance Apps (not applicable at Cuningham)
