Zoom Rooms: Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting
Information
Microsoft Teams Interoperability has been enabled for Zoom Rooms at Cuningham. This feature allows you to join Teams Meeting from a Zoom Room, using the Teams meeting's ID and Password (if applicable).
This does not allow hosting Teams meetings from Zoom or our Zoom Rooms
- It simply bridges our Zoom Rooms into Teams meetings
Situation/Scenario
- Client, Vendor or other external entity invites you and/or your team to a non-Zoom meeting and is the Organizer
- You or your team are in a Cuningham office and wish to join as a group from our Zoom Room(s)
Remember:
- This simply joins the Room to a different platform
- Functionality is limited compared to a Zoom Meeting
- Sharing content is covered at the end of this article
How to Join
- From the Room Controller (iPad/Tablet) device tap Microsoft Teams
- Enter the Meeting ID
- And password when/if prompted
- This information is found in the calendar appointment/invite
- A request to Admit will be sent to the Meeting Organizer

TIP: Let the Organizer know the Room Name you're joining from
- This is what will be displayed on their end
- Once the Organizer admits you, Zoom will finishing the bridging process
