Zoom Audio Settings: (non-Virtual Computer)
We have found that a majority of Zoom audio issues are resolved by manipulating the settings in the Zoom desktop app.
Follow the steps below to make sure your default headset/mic is properly set in Zoom.
Set Zoom Default Audio Device
- In the Zoom application, click the icon in the upper-right (your initials or image)
- Click Settings

- In the Settings menu, click Audio
- On the right side of the window choose the drop-downs for Speaker and Microphone
- Select the input/output options until audio capabilities are restored
